On this tour we will explore some of the North Indian cuisines - Punjabi cuisine in Delhi, Mughlai in Agra and the Rajasthani cuisine in Jaipur, Ranthambore and Udaipur. This itinerary offers a great contrast between the Rajput era forts and palaces of Rajasthan, modern and old Delhi and the Mughal influence in Agra. Followed by the Tiger safari’s in the jungles of Ranthambore and hustle and bustle of Mumbai.

Your gastronomic adventure begins in Delhi. Delicious street food awaits as well as the experience of fine dining with a menu designed especially for us by the top chef in India. In Agra we enjoy the delectable Mughlai cuisine of the rich flavors of the aromatic biryanis, kebabs, and decadent desserts in a Mughal themed dinner in the courtyard of our hotel.

In Rajasthan we will visit Ranthambore, Jaipur and Udaipur to savor the traditional Rajasthani cuisine of the Rajput’s and Maharaja’s, known for its spicy flavors. Rajasthan offers such a contrast of a popular Tiger reserve as well as the Thar desert... we will experience both. Mumbai is the grand finale with culinary experiences just as diverse as is the city. Enjoy street food at a Bollywood themed party and fine dine at a restaurant voted No.1 in India.

Sid wants a small group and therefore we have a limited number of spots available, and the tour ensures an intimate and personalized experience.
