This tour is planned in March 2020 to celebrate the colourful festival of Holi in a Palace in Jaipur and see the Taj Mahal on a full moon night. Visit 5 cities and enjoy amazing culinary experiences that you won’t easily forget.
The tour starts in Delhi where we will enjoy delicious street food and a home cooking lesson. Then the next stop is in Amrtisar, the land of Kulcha’s and Lassi. We visit the Golden Temple and get to volunteer in the kitchen which feeds 100,000 worshippers daily. Then we head to Agra, to see the magnificent Taj Mahal, sparkling under the full moon. Enjoy authentic Mughlai cuisine with views of the Taj Mahal.
Our next stop is Jaipur, the land of the Maharaja’s to experience royalty by staying in a Palace. We head to the outskirts of Jaipur to celebrate Holi, which we promise will be a memorable experience. Our next stop is from the sands of the desert to the sands of the beaches in Goa. And we go from the food of the Maharaja’s to Portuguese cuisine. Dine on the beach and enjoy a masterclass of authentic Goan food.
Our last stop is in Delhi for the grand finale of our tour. Our table is booked at Bukhara, perhaps the most critically acclaimed Indian restaurant in the world, a destination dining for celebrities and leaders of the world. As our guests, you can expect to be well looked after!
We have at least one memorable culinary experience planned at each destination. Price does not include international flights, but typical return flights to India on a reputable airline is approximately $1250.
